The course will take place in Granada, Spain, from 27 to 29 October 2026 and aims to bridge the gap between science and strategic decision-making, in which participants will evaluate the scalability of nutritional interventions, modeling and accounting tools and explore the regulatory frameworks and adoption barriers that define the current landscape.
